Chilean Sea Bass Fillets

Suggested Preparation:

  1. Place fish on your favorite dish or baking sheet.
  2. Season fish with salt, pepper and rub olive oil to taste.
  3. Bake fish, uncovered, for 15 minutes; then sprinkle with parsley or Italian seasoning and continue to bake for 5 more minutes (or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily).
  4. Drizzle remaining pan juices over fish and garnish with lemon wedges.
  5. Enjoy!
