Rack Of Lamb

Grass fed from Australia or New Zealand, our succulent rib lamb racks are French trimmed to the bone for a beautiful presentation.  Raised humanely without antibiotics or hormones in a natural and free-range environment it’s sure to impress for any occasion.  Perfect for "lamb lollipops" as chefs like to call them.

Each rack contains 8 succulent ribs, enough to serve dinner for 2.

Basic Roasting Preparation:

Set the racks fat side up on a large rimmed baking sheet and let stand for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 450°. Roast the lamb in the upper third of the oven for 15 minutes. Turn the racks and roast for 10 minutes longer for medium-rare meat. Enjoy!
